Simple Taste Organic Bakery started in 2009 with the sole idea and passion of making bread without using any additives, stabilisers, improvers and preservatives much like the traditional methods of making a fresh loaf. In fact, we love our bread that only certified organic ingredients are used to preserve the purity of our products.
Sourdough bread is our specialty and we make ours using a traditional method involving a slow at least 22 hours long fermentation process. Every loaf is carefully made by hand using fold technique to strengthen the dough, scaled and shaped to perfection and presented to you as a truly genuine artisan bread.
We believe that, this is technique also allows beneficial lactobacilli to fully develop aiding digestion upon consumption.
Our products are contains no eggs, no butter, no milk, no artificial additives, no preservatives, no flavouring, no colouring and Non-GMO.
